+	Strategy comes first Chiloe uses proven methodologies to develop client-appropriate marketing tools that have clearly defined end results and mechanisms in place to capture metrics and gauge success.

+	Discovery Chiloe collaborates with its customers to develop a project methodology, review creative or technical considerations, and discuss themes, goals and priorities. Objectives will be defined. Interested parties will be interviewed and their requirements captured.

Design Content presentation strategy is sketched out based on discovery phase findings and subsequent research conducted. Schematic site map is developed and refined. Chiloe presents various design treatments in accordance with the corporate branding guidelines. Creative concepts for incorporating existing Flash elements into selected layouts are reviewed. Customer signs off on the final design layout at the conclusion of this phase.

+	Build and Integration The build phase includes the execution of the approved design from the previous phase through a quality assurance process that will insure a smooth implementation cycle, particularly in the advanced stages of coding site and database features.

+	Enhance The Enhance phase includes a review of the next phases and projects addressed during development. In addition, this is an opportunity to discuss continued measurements for both Chiloe and you the Customer.
